We consider claims a core element of our service proposition. Should you need to make a claim, our internal team are here to support you through the process.

We will look after your claim from start to finish, liaising with insurers on your behalf and working towards a satisfactory settlement as quickly as possible. Should you need to make a claim, we ask you to contact us as quickly as possible.

Please contact your insurer directly, their details can be found in your policy information. If you do not have access to your policy information, please contact your Account Executive on their mobile phone.

In the event that you need to make a motor claim, help is on hand, 24 hours a day, with our dedicated claims handling team.

Our office hours are 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, but you can still make a claim and gain assistance out of office hours, by calling the number above.
